How payments work
We use Stripe to process payments securely. This page explains what you’ll see during checkout and how receipts are handled.
Stripe Checkout
When you proceed to payment, you may be redirected to a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. Your card details are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card information on our servers.
What you are paying for
Payments cover digital professional services (SEO audits, strategy, optimisation guidance, reporting, and related consulting). No physical goods are shipped.
Receipts and invoices
After payment, you’ll receive a receipt confirmation by email from Stripe and/or from our support email. If you need an invoice for accounting, contact us at support@bongoseo.com.
Security
Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and compliance controls. If you suspect unauthorised activity, contact us immediately.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy.
