Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital professional services.
1. Services
BongoSEO provides digital SEO and marketing consulting services, including audits, strategy, optimisation guidance, content planning, and reporting. Deliverables are provided digitally.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search performance depends on multiple factors outside our control including competition, algorithm changes, technical constraints, and execution by your team.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant tools, and the internal resources needed for implementation (developers, content writers, approvals) unless explicitly included in scope.
4. Payments
Fees are due as stated in your proposal or plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. See Payments Info.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered documents and materials internally. Pre‑existing templates and know‑how remain the property of BongoSEO.
6. Confidentiality
We treat non‑public client information as confidential and use it only to deliver services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the relevant billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer with written notice before the next billing cycle, unless otherwise agreed. Work already performed remains billable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Italy, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
